Digital Services Department: Equipment Services

The Digital Services Department provides support services for the East Central University campus.

Equipment Services

The Digital Services Department provides audiovisual equipment for classroom use and other campus events at no cost. To ensure the best possible service, please adhere to the following guidelines:

  1. Use of audiovisual equipment and/or materials should be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance of the time it is required.
  2. If equipment is moved from its scheduled location, please contact the Digital Services Department so the new location can be noted
  3. Should a piece of equipment malfunction during use, call Digital Services for assistance.
  4. Adapters are available for checkout if you need to connect to equipment from a personal device (e.g., a personal laptop to a departmental projector).
  5. Projection equipment is only available for checkout to faculty and staff, and it may only be taken off campus with prior approval of the Digital Services Assistant, Digital Services Librarian, or Library Director.

Submit an equipment setup request using the form below or contact us at audiovis@ecok.edu or (580) 559-5490.
