Located on the second floor of Linscheid Library, this lab was built with funds from the NASNTI HERITAGE grant program.
Students can use the book scanner and one of the 12 iMacs anytime the library is open, as long as the lab is not reserved for a class or event.
Instructors can talk to their liaison librarian about booking the lab for classroom use.
All others wishing to use the space should contact Digital Services at audiovis@ecok.edu.
See the Digital Humanities Lab page to learn more.
The Special Collections area at Linscheid Library is home to a variety of unique materials, like rare books, photographs, manuscripts, letters, scrapbooks, and business records.
Because of the unusual and fragile nature of the materials, they are housed in the Thompson Room on the fourth floor of the Linscheid Library. Anyone interested in viewing Special Collections should fill out the Request to Use Special Collections form.
