Laptops are available for students to check out from the library. 

Ask at the Circulation Desk to learn more about the Laptop Borrowing Agreement.

The Digital Services Department provides specialty printing for the ECU campus and the surrounding Ada community. This includes color printing, 3D printing, and large format printing (poster-size).

• Color prints are $0.50 per page.
• 3D prints are $0.10 per gram/liter
• Large format prints are $2.00 per sq. ft. for ECU students, faculty, and staff

Many research and art projects are eligible for free printing. Please consult the Digital Services page for more details on free printing or contact Digital Services directly at audiovis@ecok.edu or (580) 559-5490.

There are eight Oculus Quest 2 sets available for ECU students, faculty, and staff to check out from Digital Services, located on the 2nd floor of Linscheid Library. To learn more, see the VR Headset Borrowing Agreement, or contact Digital Services at audiovis@ecok.edu or (580) 559-5490.

32 networked computers are available on the main (3rd) floor, as well as printing, both single-sided and duplex. Black and white printing is charged against your network account. Community patrons pay $0.10 per page.

12 iMac computers are also available in the Digital Humanities Lab on the 2nd floor.​

ECU students, faculty, and staff can check out webcams, audio recording kits, digital video cameras, and other electronic equipment from the library. Visit the Digital Services page for more details on available equipment.

Staff and faculty may request audiovisual equipment setups for campus events and classroom use using the form below.

There are four public scanners available at Linscheid Library. All scanners require a USB drive to save documents (flash drives are available for checkout at the Circulation Desk):

• Two on the 3rd floor near the reference area
• One on the 2nd floor near the Digital Humanities Lab
• Book scanner inside the Digital Humanities Lab

The Digital Services Department also has a high quality book scanner used for digitization projects. 

All library patrons can reserve the library's Recording Space, located in the Digital Services Department on the 2nd floor. Visit the Digital Services page for more details about the space and available recording equipment.

The library has a public fax machine located on the main (3rd) floor.

Domestic faxes are $1.75 for the first page and $1.00 for each additional page. International faxes are $3.95 for the first page and $3.45 for each additional page. A credit or debit card is required to use the fax machine.
