This exhibit showcases works made by Seminar in Site Specific Art.

The "site" in site specific art is the defining factor in this type of work. Artists relate to sites in terms of culture, place, interactions between a place and its people, and by re-contextualization of place though creative expression. A small group of students in this show specifically did research into New Orleans as a place, and made work in this city in response to their research and what they encountered on this field trip.
