In "Using Teams to Calm the Chaos, Dana Belcher discusses using Teams as a tool for organizing your workgroups, as well as tricks for using Teams' communication tools to reach out and communicate more effectively.

When we think of assessment, we often think of classroom outcomes. Robin Roberson looks at the concept of assessment, and how it can be applied to the broader university to improve outcomes for students outside of the classroom.

At its core, alignment is a simple concept: Your goals for the class should be linked to the skills you want to measure in students, through the assignments which measure those skills. However, laying that out in a way that is useful to students and faculty can sometimes be difficult. William Crowell explores the idea of alignment in a way that can improve outcomes for both learners and instructors.

What is Gen Z? Generation Z, or "Zoomers" are people born between 1997 and 2012. Wendy McKibben and Haley Vickers show you methodologies for reaching these students where they are, and provide insight on how they interface with the world, how it affects your teaching strategies, and how you can be more effective in communicating with them.

Robin Roberson discusses methods you can use to evaluate various student metrics in ways that provide feedback for you as well as the student. These assessments move beyond basic grades and into more functional variables that can test how and how well students are learning in your course.

The library can often be a forgotten resource on campus, even for those of us in academic fields. Librarian Shawna Bishop walks you through how ECU's Linscheid Library can be a valuable resource for staff as well as students and faculty. If you're unfamiliar with library services, this can be a great primer.
