Upcoming Events at ECU

Celebrate Indigenous Peoples’ Day on Monday, October 9, 2023.

In recognition of the rich cultural heritage and contributions of Indigenous peoples, the ECU Native American Students Association (NASA) and the NASNTI REACHE Program are thrilled to announce the Indigenous Peoples’ Day event taking place on Monday, October 9, 2023, from 8:30 AM to 3:00 PM. Indigenous Peoples’ Day is an occasion to honor and celebrate the diverse Indigenous cultures, traditions, and histories of the original peoples of this land. This year's theme, “Inside Native Nations," promises an engaging and enlightening experience for all attendees. This event will provide an opportunity for ECU faculty, staff, and students to come together to learn and honor tribal peoples and their contributions.

Food trucks and over 20 Indigenous market vendors will be present. The event is free and will take place in the Foundation Hall located in the Chickasaw Business and Conference Center.

Know Your Rights - Students' Rights
