Let us host your event!
We can provide...
- Event space, tables and chairs
- Microphone and speaker system
- Projector and screen
- Podiums
- Space for displays
- Advertising to the ECU community
Event guidelines
- Students, faculty, departments and other campus organizations are welcome to host events with us
- If you are outside the ECU community, events must be relevant to one of ECU's academic areas
- Food and drinks are permitted
The library retains the right to decline to hold an event.
Contact any member of the Outreach Department to get your event held at the library.
