For this project, you will be developing a 15-20 slide PowerPoint outlining what you did using the five-step community health nursing process with communities.  Dedicate at least one slide to each step of the community health nursing process.

Use the EXPLORE tab to find sources.

The PowerPoint should include:

• Title slide (Include the names of all group members)
• At least one slide for the each of the five steps
  • Assessment
  • Community Health Nursing Diagnosis
  • Plan (evidence-based)
  • Implementation
  • Evaluation
• Reference slide with sources listed in APA 7th edition format (see the SHARE tab)
• On each individual slide, include the initials of the group member who developed that slide
• Remember to use APA in-text citation formatting when referencing information from a source (see the SHARE tab)
• Be sure to identify your target population

Choosing a Topic

The most important thing to remember about choosing a topic is to select something that interests you. This will make the research process easier and more enjoyable!
