Flipster Now Available on Mobile Devices

ECU students and faculty can now access a variety of digital magazines on their mobile devices through the Flipster app. Search for "Flipster" in your mobile device's app store.

Download the app and click "Get Started". Search for East Central University and click "Log In".

Log in with your MyECU username and password. A login is only required the first time the app is opened. After logging in, you will be able to download current magazine issues by clicking the download symbol to the right of the date. To download a previous issue, click the information icon to the left of the date. 

You can access all of your downloaded magazines from "My Shelf" or pick up where you left off reading from "Read". The following magazines are currently available in Flipster:

  • Art in America
  • ARTnews
  • Arts & Activities
  • Communication Arts
  • Computer Arts
  • New American Paintings
• Business magazines
  • Inc.
  • Fast Company
  • Forbes
• Family and Consumer Science magazines
  • Elle
  • Good Housekeeping
  • GQ
  • Parents
  • Real Simple
  • Vogue
  • W
