The world's most comprehensive nursing and allied health research database. Searchable cited references are available for journals, legal cases, clinical innovations, critical paths, drug records, research instruments and clinical trials. Coverage varies, with some articles dating back to 1937. Full-text access is available for more than a third of the database.

Provides in-depth themed reports on controversial social, political, and cultural topics. Each report thoroughly analyzes all of the important aspects of the given topic, and also provides relevant graphics and sources for further research. Full-text reports are available from 1991 to the present.

Coverage spans all levels of education from early childhood to higher education and also includes educational specialties such as multilingual education, health education and testing. It is the world's most comprehensive source of full-text for medical journals, providing full-text for a third of the database back to 1965. Indexing is available back to 1949.
