We can provide...

• Event space, tables and chairs
• Microphone and speaker system
• Projector and screen
• Podiums
• Space for displays
• Advertising to the ECU community

Event guidelines

• Students, faculty, departments and other campus organizations are welcome to host events with us
• If you are outside the ECU community, events must be relevant to one of ECU's academic areas
• Food and drinks are permitted

The library retains the right to decline to hold an event.
